5e555 Responsible Gaming — Your Protection is Our Commitment

Enjoy entertainment within your limits. 5e555 always places your mental and financial wellbeing as the top priority — because responsible gaming is the foundation of genuine enjoyment.

Why Do We Believe in Responsibility?

At 5e555 we believe that online betting and casino games are truly enjoyable only when experienced in a controlled and responsible way. The purpose of gambling should be entertainment — not an alternative livelihood, not a solution to financial problems, and not a way to relieve stress.

Thousands of players across Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, slots, color prediction and Rami on 5e555 every day. We are committed to protecting every player, which is why our platform offers a number of powerful responsible gaming tools and guidelines. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support is always by your side to help ensure responsible gaming.

Our Protection Tools

Learn about the key responsible gaming features available on the 5e555 platform and keep yourself protected.

Set Deposit Limits

Set a specific limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week or per month. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and raising it requires a wait of at least 7 days — an effective safeguard against impulsive overspending.

Time Limits and Breaks

Set a limit on how long you play in one session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you. Take a "cooling-off" break for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — during this time no bets or deposits can be made from your account.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate self-exclusion. You can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. While self-exclusion is active you will not be able to access the platform in any way and will not receive any promotional emails.

Gaming History and Review

View your complete betting history, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts and a detailed breakdown of total time spent at any time. Reviewing your own habits is the first and most important step in responsible gaming.

24/7 Bengali Support

If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact our 24/7 live chat support in Bengali. Our trained support team will assist you with empathy and guide you to take the right steps if needed.

Minor Protection

5e555 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Age is confirmed during the account verification process. If children or teenagers also use your device, keep a device-level PIN or parental controls active.

21+

For 21 Years of Age or Older Only

In accordance with prevailing rules in Bangladesh and our own policy, all services at 5e555 are for persons aged 21 or older only. Age is verified at registration and additional verification may be requested in cases of doubt. Gaming by minors or opening an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in the account being closed.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

If any of the signs below feel relevant to you, contact our support immediately or activate self-exclusion.

Watch Out for These Signs

Repeatedly playing to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
Hiding your betting habits from family or friends
Spending money essential to daily living on gambling
Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
Spending more time or money than your set budget
Repeatedly returning after trying to quit gambling
Problems at work, in studies or in relationships due to betting
Placing bets with borrowed money or by selling assets

Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Set a fixed budget before you play and do not exceed it — only set aside what you can afford to lose for entertainment.
Do not treat gambling as a source of income. The outcome of every bet is entirely random — no one can guarantee winning in the long run.
Do not play when under stress, anger or the influence of alcohol or medication — your ability to make decisions is weakened in these states.
Take regular breaks. Playing for long stretches in one sitting creates fatigue on your body and mind and lowers the quality of your decisions.
Spend time with family and friends. Do not let betting become your only form of entertainment — stay active in other hobbies and social activities.
Regularly review your deposit and withdrawal history. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 and is generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
Do not rush into decisions when you see a promotion or bonus. Always read the wagering terms and conditions carefully.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most frequently asked questions about responsible gaming are answered below.

Yes, you can activate self-exclusion at any time through your account settings or directly via our 24/7 live chat support. It takes effect immediately. While self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to log in to your account and will not receive any promotional messages.

Deposit limits can be lowered at any time and take effect immediately. However, to increase a limit you must wait at least 7 days — this waiting period is intentional so that impulsive in-the-moment decisions cannot be made.

A cooling-off break temporarily pauses your account for a set period (24 hours to 30 days) — it reactivates automatically when the period ends. Self-exclusion is longer-term (6 months or permanent) and even after the period ends there is a waiting process before it can be lifted. Self-exclusion is the right choice for those facing serious problems.

No. 5e555 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. People aged 18 to 20 are also not permitted to register or participate in any form of betting activity on this platform. If verification reveals that someone has registered with a false age, the account will be closed immediately.

Setting deposit limits or time limits does not cancel bonuses. However, activating self-exclusion or closing your account may result in active bonuses being cancelled. Contact us via live chat or read our terms and conditions for more details.

If you think someone in your family or close to you is struggling with a gambling addiction, let us know directly at [email protected] or via live chat. We will help take the appropriate steps regarding the account in question. In addition, encourage that person to seek help from professional counselling services.
